越南海关更新一项进口新规，外贸需注意！
当地海关2019年12月04日发布了8298/KVI-DGSKS通知，规定此项提单新规，并已经生效。
适用于进口、转口、转运胡志明市的非废料商品()。
2.?生效时间
2020年1月1日（到港日）
3.?海关编码（HS CODE）
提单中必须显示前四位海关编码（hs -4digit code）。如果是多种货物，所有货物的hs -4digit code也需要在货物描述中明确列出。违者将无法卸船，由此产生的费用将由发货人承担。
First of all, Sealand – A Maersk Company ould like to thank you for your ongog and valuable support. To ply ith Notice 8298/KVI-DGSKS issued on Dec 04 2019 by Regional Customs Department 1, HS-4digits is requested to update for shipments imported to/via Ho Chi Mh city as bello details:
1.Apply to:
Non-scrap modities()shipments imported to,transit and transshipped via Ho Chi Mh city.
2.Time:ETA Ho Chi Mh city from Jan 01,2020 onard
3.Request details:
HS-4digits code must be declared Bill of Ladg. In case of multiple modities, HS-4digits code of all the modities needs to be listed clearly the cargo description field as ell.
4.Non-Compliance Case:
Shippg Instruction ill be rejected and a Reta On Board request ill be applied for all non-pliance cases. All charge ill be debited on shipper’s aounts.
